Free shipping on orders above ₹699.

Orders below ₹699 may have a small shipping charge, shown at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS.

Damaged or incorrect items

We take extra care while packing handmade products, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

We'll review the issue and help with a suitable resolution.

Returns & cancellations

Since many of our products are handmade and prepared especially for you, returns may not be accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

Cancellation requests can be made before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
